I’m Melissa Furman, a Lifestyle Medicine & National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach, and I help midlife women age well with nutrient-dense whole foods and simple lifestyle habits for a second youth and lasting health.

After changing my own health journey over a decade ago through a whole-food, plant-centered lifestyle, I earned top-tier credentials to launch Second Youth Wellness to give women like you the support, clarity, and encouragement I wish more of us had from the beginning.

My approach is practical, evidence-based, grace-filled, and built for real life.
